Coffee:
Huila is the largest coffee producing region in Colombia and offers some of its best coffees. Most of these coffees comes from small farms of less than 5 hectares scattered across its mountains. Huila’s location, altitude, rich volcanic soils and a year-round average temperature of 65° F make it an ideal place for growing coffees with excellent attributes. Huila has a full juicy body, bright acidity, chocolate taste and smooth velvety texture.
